Glad you mentioned that the olive oil can be reduced to only 1 tbs

I would also delete the salt & the cheese

The Healthy Librarian

Good point Steve. I made it without cheese--and honestly there's no need for any extra salt with the olives and the tomatoes.

HL, I always look forward to your blog posts! In an age of 140-character tweets, thank you so much for taking time to share what you learn from a wide variety of sources. Thanks for giving me some new movie ideas, too!

My boyfriend & I loved Away We Go. He said it's his favorite movie that we've seen together. Since I didn't expect him to like it, I first watched it by myself. I knew within a few minutes that he would want to see it but couldn't bring myself to stop the DVD. I thought it was just as good the 2nd time!

Hi MG,

Loved your comment about writing in "an age of 140-character tweets"! Twitter is just not for me! Does anyone really follow all those bitly links? So happy to hear you also liked "Away We Go". It came & went in about a minute--and hardly anyone I know saw it. My husband liked really liked it too.
